Tuesday, February 14th, 2012Mystery shopping or a mystery consumer is a tool used externally by market research companies or watchdog organizations or internally by companies themselves to measure quality of service or compliance to regulation, or to gather specific information about products and services. The mystery consumer’s specific identity is generally not known by the establishment being evaluated. Mystery shoppers perform specific tasks such as purchasing a product, asking questions, registering complaints or behaving in a certain way, and then provide detailed reports or feedback about their experiences.

A thing that can be comparred with this, is the way people make valutaspekulationer. You see, most people don’t make decissions they believe are the right ones. They make decissions they believe other people think are the right ones. To be good, you must be able to predict what the majority of poeple will choose. Commercials and mystery shopping print an idea in your head of what others would want and slowly this will be your choice also.
